Non-Woven Fabric

The reinforced lightweight non-woven fabric produced by our company is made of high-temperature film (a mixture of high-temperature resistant polyester and nylon film) and high-temperature resistant polyester fiber bonded with F-grade insulation adhesive. It has a light specific gravity (less than 65g/m) ²）, Strong tensile strength, thin thickness (0.1mm), high temperature resistance, high insulation, good flexibility, and non permeable extrusion. It is particularly suitable for power cables, mining cables, rubber sheathed cables, marine cables, high-temperature cables, and softer cables. Especially in mining cables, rubber sheathed cables, marine cables, and wind energy cables, its performance is better (because it does not deform, melt, or stick to layers during high-temperature vulcanization, and the internal core can slide freely when the cable is bent).
